Food industry

One of the most common types of salt used in industry is vacuum evaporated salt. Its application is invaluable. Evaporated salt is nothing but refined salt in which sodium chloride content accounts for as much as 99.9 %. Although evaporated salt is used in general food production and processing, bread industry, dairy industry, oil and fat industry, production and processing of spices, condiments and fruit and vegetables, which makes a popular ingredient of processed food, complementing its flavour, still it remains a spice on its own.
